  We LOVED the cabin! It was clean and in order when we arrived! There were a few high lightbulbs that needed to be repaired, but other than that...all was great! Our only suggestion would be to put single beds in a couple bedrooms downstairs. It is awkward for adult single kids to "share" beds with sibs or friends. If all couples rented out the cabin, it would be easy to slide the single beds together and put back when done. Other than that, we LOVE LOVE LOVE the cabin and try to leave it in tip top condition. I am a kindergarten teacher, so the entire week-end, I am making people wipe their feet on entrance, and not letting anyone eat outside the kitchen. :) anyway, hope you like my suggestion about putting in some single beds! :)

  Overall, we loved the home. However, it was not clean when we arrived. The bathrooms had obviously been used (toothpaste in the sink), and the kitchen was not clean. We had to sweep the kitchen floor when we arrived. Thankfully, the rental agency paid for the cleaning service when we left.

  This was our first week-end spent at this particular cabin in Lake Arrowhead. We were thrilled with it and have re-booked for next year. We were having trouble accessing internet, but the property management company promptly had the owner call us and help us through and troubleshoot with us. We were very very very happy with our experience there. I hope you will pass this on to the owner.

  This house was great for big groups of family or friends getting together. There was plenty of room inside and outside for people to move around and hang out. There was a tv/toy room downstairs where the kids could play. I liked the fact that it was located in a quiet neighborhood.
