Cute and clean! Very organized with newer furnishings and appliances. Great for a couples retreat. Has cable TV and DVD player. Short drive to the Lake Arrowhead Village where you can have a wonderful day of shopping dining tour boating or learning how to water ski.

  So far so good. Had to replace a couple of light bulbs and the oven didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages. I performed that duty a few days after arrival. The refrigerator is a little sensitive, must keep it real low or freezes food in the refrigerator section. Also you have to dump the moisture dish placed on top rack inside refrigerator at least 2 times a week. Other than these few items, it's been very nice. The décor is cute. We really like the easy access into the house, no stairs to climb or descent which makes it easy for my husband with his disability. Love the new exterior paint job.

  We very much enjoyed our stay at this charming and cozy cabin amongst the trees. The cabin was clean and suited our purpose well. It is walking distance to the Tudor House and perfect for two couples or a family of four. The parking space is suitable for only two vehicles. There is no Wi-Fi but we managed with our cell phone hotspots. Overall a very good experience and the property managers are wonderful.

  It was exactly what we wanted. A place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Extremely clean and cozy little cabin hidden by trees. Close to the town of lake arrowhead. Had tons of info on hiking trails near by. It was perfect!!

  Family Time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin meet more than our expectations we expected so that was very pleasant. And it was amazing time to enjoy the outdoors of Lake arrowhead it was well needed time away. The cabin was in great condition felt like a 2nd home away from home.

  The description was accurate. It has been the best cabin I have ever stayed. The carpet and sofa was new and clean. Actually I liked the fact that the cabin was updated along with the appliances. It wasn't however vacuumed by the previous renters, but overall it was clean and tidy. It snowed the day before, so I am glad that the parking was semi-cleared. The tree near the doorway blocked the bridge and we had to duck down to 4 feet to enter. there was ice and when we left, I saw the bag of salt we could have used to make it more safe. I recommend to have a memo for winter visits. The one thing I was disappointed about was that the power went out the first day, Thursday. It was freezing in the house since the heating is central air. I feel we should have been reimbursed say $40.00 for the fact we are paying for 100% of a functional property. The home owner could always file a claim to SCE, but we can not file. The power also went out on Saturday. Overall, the cabin was great and the management company was very professional and attentive. I would defiantly stay again. Thank you.

  Nice multi-story home with easy access to hwy 18. Comfortable rooms and heating was perfect. On street parking is almost non-existent during snow-season, but probably fine when roads are clear. We were fortunate to not require parking since we used this as overflow for out-of-town guests (daily drop-off and pick-up). It's a nice place that we would use again if needed!

  This was the first time my family and I rented a cabin in the mountains. AAA Resort Rentals was a great agency to deal with. The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and in a great location, but very dusty. It is required to leave the cabin clean with counters wiped off, floors mopped or vacuumed, and any utensils or pots used washed, but I found myself doing ALL that upon our arrival. In the future I am sure we will consider this cabin again, but will probably look at others also.

  This house has everything you would need including a very nice large deck downstairs for gathering with family and friends. Although advertised for 6 people, better if 6 includes children, and not all 6 being adults. We used to own in the Arrowhead Villas, so it is always nice to come back and visit and this house made it very nice to be back.
