Nice clean comfortable home in very quiet neighborhood. Located in a sunny location with large back decks. New carpeting and nice furnishings with a huge family room including a wet bar! Wonderful for a relaxing weekend stay.

  We have a church elders group that has been going up to Arrowhead for over 20 years now. We go up for 5 days, and need good, clean, roomy (both for beds for up to 6-10 guys & dining/cooking & bathrooms & “talking” & devotions/studies) accommodations in an area that also provides good area for walking & roaming. The last 12 years or so we have been renting from Triple A. We had a favorite place for place several years near theVillage, and when the family no longer was renting - we had to find another place. The ladies at Triple A helped with suggestions, and the website has excellent info/pics on the various rentals. We found Coyote 9 over above the Blue Jay Area - and it has fulfilled our many needs quite well. PLUS - when there have been issues (bbq or decking or fireplace) - the owners, once notified - FIXED and even updated items.

  New Year’s at Lake arrowhead! The property at 1004 Sandalwood was a real delight! It was perfect accommodated my family well. I am racing for grandchildren, plus my daughter and her son Joined us. The children shot each other with their Nerf gun’s running all around, and since there was plenty of room downstairs it made it a lot easier to listen to! The view from the cabin is stunning and I would not hesitate to rent it again!

  Cabin has easy parking and is very clean inside & outside.
  Great location - walking distance to grass valley lake.
  Short drive to the village - we listened to live music and enjoyed outdoor dinning over looking the lake.
  Would definitely rent it again.
