  We absolutely loved this house! It is very well designed and decorated. There were things for everyone to do from billiards and air hockey to relaxing balconies overlooking the lake and board games. We had sixteen people for two out of our four nights and it was a bit tight in a bunk bedroom. Size was perfect for 12 sleeping guests. There were more than enough plates, silverware, pots, cooking tools, chairs, etc. We would definitely recommend this property to others. I still don't have my deposit back, I hope I get it all in a timely manner.

  This was such a huge beautiful home. We had a great comfortable stay with a beautiful view .the pool table was missing a ball or 2 but we were still able to make it work and enjoyed our stay.

  Beth from triple A rentals takes good care of us. Plenty of room, huge kitchen, game rooms, parking, etc. When we did briefly need a handyman, they came right out. We have been using triple A for 15 years and have never been disappointed.

  couches very dirty main floor. lights not working in hall way they flicker. not much heat in bottom bedroom. stereo in game not working. we did have a great time there. we will be back but would like the couches to be cleaned. window dlinds in main floor strings are broken will not go up correctly

  The weather man predicted rain, wind, and chilly. We got all that plus powder snow. The young adults loved loose snowball fights etc. The property offers many high end treats.
  The list of repairs has already been submitted.
  Easy cleaning and cooking needs met well. All in all our three families were very happy.

  We have not stayed up in the mountains for over 25 years. What a week we had, and what a beautiful place. Lots of room for my grand kids to play. My 8 year old granddaughter pretended she was a banker up in the loft and we had to make appointments to get money..we loved the spa. The view from all the rooms was fantastic. We are planning to come up again in the winter and enjoy the cold weather.

  This was our 1st time renting for a weekend trip and it was great. The directions were very clear, there were labels on everything and we had a ball. The only thing we didn't anticipate were the ants but luckily we had Raid in the car and got it under control quickly. We will be back again next year =).

  The rental was well kept and labeled however the coffee maker was way outdated. It was nice that there was extra blankets. The view was amazing but there wasn't much privacy as compared to some other rentals on other parts of the lake.

  We stayed in Coyote 07 for 7 nights Xmas 2010. The house was more than adequate for 10 people... it is listed as having 4 bedrooms but really also has a loft with a double-bed, so we counted 5 bedrooms. Important to know: the satellite DISH service is only available in 3 rooms - and often goes down in harsh weather conditions. We did have a couple issues with equipment not functioning at times (DVD player, treadmill) but overall the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and just amazing (as described). The house is missing a teapot - and the coffee machine in the kitchen is too industrial and makes weak coffee as a result. But there is a separate coffee machine in the master bedroom that is a normal full-size. The kitchen is otherwise fully stocked with just about anything you might need... There is a bathroom on each level. The living room and kitchen are separated by the fireplace but otherwise the house is very open and lovely. I would stay here again, hands down. The owner has taken great care to provide all creature comforts and keep the house clean, neat, orderly, etc. The owner has even labelled the home with instructions in several places (heating, water shut on/off, etc.) to ensure a lack of confusion and ease of use. This house is situated high up from the lake and the neighborhood is very hilly - for those who want a casual hike, be prepared for sloping streets and inclines. Short drive to the lake. Lastly, the owner took the time to decorate (lightly) with some Xmas influenced pieces, poinsettia, etc. which was very thoughtful. I would recommend this vacation home to any friend oir colleague, specifically. I don't believe that other properties offer as many conveniences.

  It was perfect house and location for what our family need to give our mother a time to escape and relax.
  
  The property manager (in particular Beth) was very helpful in managing our trash we accumulated during our stay but we had to pay additional fee - premium. I wish it would have been included in the rent so we didn't have to worry about transporting or dumping them somewhere.

We were disappointed that some amenities were not in working condition such as the fitness equipment(which poses a safety hazard if you are staying with small children), the sauna was not completed and also there was a 4x4 sized hole on the ceiling in a guest bedroom.
