Wonderful Family Home With Pool Table. Access and level entry. Master bedroom has fireplace in it. Nice vista views from deck. Large kitchen and large living room with views of the trees. Up stairs loft has pool table and foosball for entertaining. Great house for the mountain getaway.

  Bed accommodations are rather unusual; master
  bed room has king plus twin; one bunk bed room - sleep one adult, one kid(top bunk); 3rd room - 3 singles; 4th room very small .Kitchen-ware/utensils more than adequate.

  Property in good shape, enough parking for 4+ cars, no lake view but nice nature view with big open hilly space for the kids to play.
  This has more to do with the management company than this particular property, basic supplies that are usually found in rental properties are not provided here like trash bags, dish soap..
  Biggest gripe, we cant use the house's trash bins, we have to haul away our trash in our cars to a dump site about 10-20 min away (applies to all AAA properties)

  The rental company staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was in great condition but I gave it a 4 because they forgot to mention that we should bring our own toilet paper.

  Great place and location. 3 young skaters with moms decided to spend a week at Lake Arrowhead. Thanks to internet and Beth's support at AAA Rental, we found a beautiful house to stay as a group. Long distance red tape re rental contracts and credit cards is never easy, but it seems like it finally worked out fine. Luckily the last minute communication problems with the Credit Card company were solved, or would the rental office not have placed the keys in the box for late arrival pick up? Imagine after 14 hours on a plane from Brussels to Chicago and LAX, after driving another 100 miles in the dark and let down by a GPS navigation system that did not know much about Lake Arrowhead....close to midnight... there would be no keys?
  Luckily this did not happen and we enjoyed a fantastic week with great people in and around the ice rink.
