Wonderful Home on the North side of the lake. Not too far from Tavern Bay Beach Club where you can enjoy and day at the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood. All new appliances, carpet, and bedding. Remolded kitchen with slate counters also family room and bath. Very spacious on 3 levels. Bottom level has family room with pool table and bar with slate countertops. Great distance views of decks. Also has Satellite TV.

  The bathrooms did not appear to be fully cleaned. We found hair in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom bathtubs. The house did not have a snow shovel that was accessible. Apparently, the owner had one in a locked closet... this was a major inconvenience for us.
  The vacuum provided is old, very heavy, and not fully functional.
  The broom in the house is old, not working properly.

  The employees at AAA were very accommodating with answering all my questions, getting information if not readily available and always answered the phone during business hours. The house was as described and we were very pleased with the way the house was laid out. Particularly nice, is the lowest level dedicated as a game/tv area, where the kids could hang out. The house is located about 20 minutes from the Village, so if it snows, this could be a much longer drive due to the road conditions. The kitchen was nice and large with an adjacent dining area with large dinning table. There were 4 adults and 4 kids in our group total and it was very comfortable. Ask AAA about the firewood delivery service by Carl. It was really convenient. If you stay at this house and want to go out to dinner, I recommend the new R&B Steak house in Cedar Glen, which is on the way to Arrowhead Village and Papagayos in the village. We had great meals there.

  My Family and I have been going to the mountains at least once a year since 2000. I diffidently would not recommend this property management. We checked out of the rental 18 days ago,and have not received our deposit back. I have contacted the property management and was told someone would return my call; I'm still waiting. The property wasn't very clean. There were spider webs anddead bugs on the floor

  The cabin was great--clean, perfect for us. My only complaint was getting our rent deposit back. It takes way too long--especially since we paid with credit card-- because the management company returns the deposit by check. It's been over a month and we still haven't received it.

  Please make sure there is a sign on the old office so other renters that have been with you a long time know where you are. Also the name of the old sign is not the same as the telephone listing. Very confusing!!! I called 411 to get the number. However
  when requesting Arrowhead Mountain Rentals, they gave me Arrowhead Resorts. The old sign or information needs to have the new name of AAA Rentals. Throwing trash away is a pain now and needs to be easier for the renter.

  This property was very nice and convenient. It was very helpful that the game room was at the lowest level on the property so when the kids played the noise did not bother us upstairs. This is a 3 floor property. Game room was on the bottom (3rd floor), the living/dinning room on the 1st floor.I would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Additionally, EVERYONE at the reservation desk was VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY! :)
